Shipping fees are not refundable once the order has been shipped.

RETURN & REFUND

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Currency conversion fees and credit card fees aren’t refunded to you when we issue a refund.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN/REFUND:

  • You must have purchased a product from our official website www.dicelegend.com.
  • All Handcrafted items cannot be refunded.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Before sending back anything, please contact info@dicelegend.com and we'll guide you through the process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then the price of the products will be refunded, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you are shipping an item over $35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
